The Gion console table's ribbed solid wood base is modelled after a kind of tea establishments that may be seen in the streets of Gion in Kyoto. Top is crafted from premium Italian Travertine, known for its natural warmth and distinctive textures, it effortlessly captures attention with its inviting appeal and unique character. Base is crafted from solid hardwood oak. The Travertine top is sealed with a matt sealant to repel stains for easy maintenance. The oak base is finished with a clear satin lacquer which is meticulously applied, providing a protective, smooth matte sheen that enhances the wood's natural beauty, highlighting its unique grain patterns. As a natural material, all stone is porous and can be nicked, stained or scratched. Refrain from placing sharp or heavy objects on the surface to maintain its quality. To protect the surface from heat and prevent marks and stains, always use a trivet or a coaster underneath hot plates, pans, or mugs. Use felt stoppers when you place decorative objects on the surface to prevent scratches or marks. Do not place sharp or jagged objects directly on the tabletop. Wipe spills or stains using a damp cloth and natural soap, follow with a clean damp cloth. Flat-packed; assembly provided upon delivery.
