Short for “polished imperfect”, the PI collection is inspired by the balance that exists in nature, embracing organic curves and the beauty of solid wood.
Dining tables serve as essential focal points in our living spaces, where we gather, connect, and create cherished memories. The PI dining table features the unique smooth connections where legs and tabletop meet, providing a gathering place to share a meal and meaningful conversation.
The PI Collection draws inspiration from the delicate balance found in the natural world, seamlessly blending the raw beauty of wood with minimal, Belgian design.
THE DESIGNER
Alain van Havre brings a deep connection to natural materials and exceptional woodworking expertise. His designs blend timelessness with contemporary relevance, aiming to create forms that resonate with our natural environment. Over the past 20 years, Alain has played a pivotal role in influencing the Ethnicraft designs we know and love today.

The PI collection honours nature’s design by keeping the strength, curves and lines, as nature intended. Interesting shapes are discovered in this sleek and stylish, polished imperfect, finish. Handcrafted of solid light coloured European oak timber. Clear satin lacquer finish that ensures easy maintenance. Each PI dining table is finished by hand to ensure that the individual character of the wood is respected. To protect the surface from heat and prevent marks and stains, always use a trivet or a coaster underneath hot plates, pans, or mugs. Use felt stoppers when you place decorative objects on the surface to prevent scratches or marks. Do not place sharp or jagged objects directly on the tabletop. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth; avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials.

A delivery fee applies to all purchases (per order, per location), inclusive of assembly & placement of free-standing items. Our delivery team operates from Tuesday to Saturday every week excluding Thursday and public holidays. Our delivery charges are $30 for all orders under $500 & $80 for all orders exceeding $500.

We provide a disposal service for your old furniture.
